To purchase a new filter, you have two options. You can search for the desired filter on Amazon using the product codes "B0BR5PN9YS" or "B0BR6JCFML." Alternatively, you can access the Govee Home App, go to the "Filter Life" section, and click on "Relevant Accessories" to find the appropriate filter.

To clean the filter, you can clean the grey pre-filter, but the other components should not be cleaned. To replace the filter, remove the cover using the open slots on both sides, take out the filter from its plastic packaging, position it with the filter tabs facing out, close the cover, and ensure a 15''/38 cm clearance to allow proper airflow.

Our air purifiers feature a sensor that measures the level of particles in the air, such as PM2.5, to determine the air quality. The corresponding colors for different air qualities are green for excellent, blue for good, yellow for moderate, and red for poor.
