Important Tips:

1. Some streaming services like Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Hulu do not support our projector due to HDCP copyright. However, you can still use these services via HDMI connection.

2. To resolve sound issues with certain Netflix videos, please turn off Dolby Sound.

3. Google and Samsung phones do not support WiFi screen mirroring due to HDCP copyright. They can only support Chrome-cast WiFi screen mirroring.

4. Our projector supports Miracast protocol. If you have a phone with a different protocol, a wired connection or a phone with Miracast protocol will be needed.

5. Our projectors do not support business presentations (PPT, Word, Excel) and are not recommended for large conferences or commercial use. However, you can connect your laptop via HDMI to play presentations.
